KT Facilitation helps leaders and teams have the conversations that move their organizations forward. Founded by Karie Terhark, a certified ToP (Technology of Participation) facilitator and trainer, KT Facilitation offers facilitation training, strategic planning, and leadership development for organizations, individual facilitators, and youth-serving programs.

Karie grew up and raised her family in North Iowa, where her roots run deep in community and connection.

Karie brings decades of experience guiding groups through meaningful dialogue, decision-making, and planning. Her services include public ToP facilitation courses, custom workshops, team retreats, strategic planning sessions, and Lumina Learning assessments that help teams communicate and collaborate more effectively. Her signature framework, the 5 Hallmarks of Facilitative Leadership — Self, Skill, Strengths, Synergy, and Strategy — grounds leaders in the practices that build engaged, high-performing teams.
